2. Description of Service

Drawtion provides a platform for users to create, manage, and integrate whiteboards and notes into Notion, as well as sync content with Google Drive. The service is designed to help users streamline their workflow with online notebook and whiteboard tools.

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Drawtion. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all whiteboards, notes, and drawings created using Drawtion. By using our platform, you grant us a license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use Drawtion to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Storage: Your content is stored on Supabase and optionally in your local storage or Google Drive. You are responsible for managing and backing up your content.
• Data Security: While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using Drawtion, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Fees and Payments

• Free Tier: Drawtion offers a free tier with limited features.
• Paid Plans: Additional features are available through paid subscriptions. Details about pricing and features are available on our pricing page.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Drawtion integrates with third-party services like Notion, Google Drive, and Stripe:

• Notion: For embedding whiteboards and notes into your Notion workspace.
• Google Drive: For syncing and storing content online.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Drawtion for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the operation of Drawtion or attempt to access unauthorized areas.
• Upload malicious software or code.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawtion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Drawtion will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Under no circumstances will Drawtion or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Drawtion after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Drawtion at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to use Drawtion will cease, and we may delete your data, including any whiteboards, notes, or drawings associated with your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
